The required skills are :

Knowledge of C# 2003/2005/2008.
Knowledge of main .NET framework features.
Knowledge of ASP.NET and web services technology.
Knowledge of ADO.NET.
Knowledge of SQL language syntax at least a database engine.

For people who have just C#, .NET and OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concepts, there is always a possibility of training.

Knowledge of written English is a must.
